*Reservation limited per UNIT to a maximum of 1 common area per day.

*When reserving a common area for a large gathering we ask for 48 hours notice.

Please consider there are other guests in this condominium that would also like to access common areas.

*All amenities can only take one party (unit ) at a time ! Gym has a recovery fee of $10USD for use
